The Deuter StepOut 22 in Caramel-Clay is a modern urban and lifestyle backpack designed for everyday use. Its clean silhouette, understated colorway and practical layout make it a strong choice for commuting, school, university and everyday city life. The 22-liter capacity offers space for documents, tech and personal essentials, while the roll-top closure allows the pack volume to be extended when needed. According to the manufacturer, the interior is built for efficient organization, with a laptop compartment for devices up to 15 inches, a document compartment, multi-purpose organizer pockets, an inside water bottle holder and a secure compartment for valuables. Fast access to essentials is supported by stretch side pockets and a side cell phone pocket positioned against the back. Carry comfort comes from the deuter Airstripes back system with reduced contact surface for improved airflow and a drier back during busy days. Perforated, ergonomically shaped and padded shoulder straps, a 2-way adjustable sternum strap and a removable waist belt further enhance comfort. Additional details include a grab handle and a key clip. The StepOut 22 uses 600D REC PES and 300D PES RECYCLED fabrics. The materials are made from 100% recycled PET, the product meets the bluesign® standard, carries Green Button certification and is made without PFAS using a DWR finish. This makes it a versatile everyday backpack, city backpack, commuter backpack and work backpack in one.
