The customer has the right to withdraw within a deadline of 100 days , which begins on the day the customer receives the products. The deadline is met if, before its expiry, the consumer sends a statement of withdrawal to the address given above. A registered customer does not bear the cost of delivering returned products to the store.

Returns & Exchanges

For registered customers

    1. Log in to your account created in our butomaniak shop. Next, select the item you would like to return in the returns panel.

    3. Choose return by clicking "I will use store shipments" and selecting the form in which you would like to receive your refund.

    5. Generate return documents with address labels, then print and sign the return document.
    6.                 
    7. Insert the packaged products together with the return document into the shipping box and seal it well. You can use the cardboard box in which you received the ordered products.

    9. Send the package to the address provided.

Refund in the form selected in the refund creator, will be issued within 14 days of the day on which we have been informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, it usually takes less time.  We may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the products or until you provide proof of sending it back.

Complaints

for registered customers

  1. Log in to the account created in our butomaniak shop, and then in the complaint panel select the product which is the subject of the claim.
  2. Choose complaint/exchange by clicking on the "I will use store shipments" option and selecting the form in which you want to receive your refund.
  3. In the summary of the complaint, add a message about the exchange for a different size or complaint and click send (you can add photos).
  4. The complaint will be reviewed by our customer service department.
  5. Send us the package with the product to the address provided.
