The customer has a right to withdraw within 100 days, which begins on the day which the customer received the ordered merchandise. The deadline is considered as met if before the deadline the customer sends a declaration of withdrawal to the address given above.
A registered customer does not bear the costs of the delivering the merchandise to the shop.
The refund is made by a bank transfer to the account provided in the return form.
The refund is made within 14 days of receiveing the merchandise.
Instructions for FREE return for logged in customers:
1. Log into the account which was set up in the butomaniak shop, next in the return panel choose the merchandise which you would like to to return.
2. Choose return by clicking on the " I will use the shop's shipments" ,and by choosing the form in which you would like your money refunded.
3. Generate return documents with the address labels, next print them and sign the return document.
4. Place the packed merchandise along with the return document in th carton intended for return and tape it shut. You can used the carton in which you received the merchandise.
5. Go to any Postal office branch where you will hand over the parcel with the label page to the postal employee.
We will refund the money in the form chosen in the return form within 14 days from the date on which we were informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. Usually this takes less time. We may withhold the refund until you receive the item or until you provide proof of sending it back.

COMPLAINT / REPLACEMENT
1. Log in to the account created in our butomaniak store, and then in the complaint panel, select the item you would like to advertise / exchange.
2. Choose a complaint / exchange by clicking on the option "I will use the store's shipments" and choosing the form in which you want to receive the returned money.
3. In the summary of the complaint add the message about the replacement to a different size or complaint and click send (you can add photos if you advertise the product)
- Complaint / Exchange is waiting for approval by the customer service department
- After approval in the complaint panel, a form will be generated with the return label
- Print the form and put the product in foil and bring it to any post office
